If you’re unable to log in, the issue is usually related to your login credentials or account setup. Follow the steps below to regain access quickly.

Step 1: Reset Your Password

The fastest way to resolve login issues is to reset your password.

  • Look for your original password reset email and use the link
  • If you don’t have a reset link, please contact support at help@preppy.org

Create a new password, then try logging in again using your email and updated password.

Step 2: Confirm You Completed Onboarding

Your account is only created after you complete the post-purchase onboarding form.

If you haven’t completed this step:

  • Your login may not be active yet
  • You won’t be able to access your course

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll receive (or can request) a password reset email to activate your account.
