# How Will I Access My Course After I Enroll?

## Access your course after completing onboarding and setting your login credentials

After enrolling in a Preppy program, getting access to our LMS (Brightspace) is a key next step. This article explains what to expect and how to access your login.

## What Happens After You Enroll

Once your purchase is complete, there is one required step before your Brightspace access is created:

1. Complete the Onboarding Form

You’ll be prompted to fill out a short onboarding form. This step is required to:

- Set up your student account
- Ensure your information is accurate
- Enable access to your learning platform

You must complete this form before your login can be issued.

## When You’ll Receive Your Login

After submitting the onboarding form:

- You will receive a password reset email to finish setting up your account
- This email allows you to create your login credentials and access your courses

In most cases, this email is sent shortly after you complete the onboarding form.

## How to Access the LMS

Once you receive the password reset email:

1. Open the email and click the reset link
2. Create your password
3. Log in using your email and new password

You’ll then have full access to your program.

## Didn’t Receive Your Email?

If you don’t see the password reset email:

- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
- Make sure you completed the onboarding form
