When Will I Access My Course After I Enroll?

After enrolling in a Preppy program, getting access to our LMS (Brightspace) is a key next step. This article explains what to expect and how to access your login.

What Happens After You Enroll

Once your purchase is complete, there is one required step before your Brightspace access is created:

  1. Complete the Onboarding Form

You’ll be prompted to fill out a short onboarding form. This step is required to:

  • Set up your student account
  • Ensure your information is accurate
  • Enable access to your learning platform

You must complete this form before your login can be issued.

When You’ll Receive Your Login

After submitting the onboarding form:

  • You will receive a password reset email to finish setting up your account
  • This email allows you to create your login credentials and access your courses

In most cases, this email is sent shortly after you complete the onboarding form.

How to Access the LMS

Once you receive the password reset email:

  1. Open the email and click the reset link
  2. Create your password
  3. Log in using your email and new password

You’ll then have full access to your program.
